Job Description
Prime responsibilities will be :

• Managing the existing set of fine jewellery stores and setting up new stores based on the expansion plan, in a zone.

• Delivering targeted revenue and EBITDA

• Conceptualizing BTL, local marketing efforts and cross promos / tie-ups to drive footfalls and revenue.

• Administration and driving cost efficiencies.

• Recruitment of store managers and staff and molding them into a strong store and zonal team.

• Ensuring SOP adherence and auditing of processes in each

store





Desired Profile
• At least 4 years of experience in managing a chain of standalone retail stores in jewellery / luxury / apparel /electronics business

• Result oriented, Creative posses strong interpersonal skills, Proficiency in analyzing data.

• Financial awareness & understanding of P&L.

• Ability to strategize & analyze reports.
